A first for Jackie!

I know I am so slow on posting! Sorry! Last weekend we got to go and watch Raul and  Ellie play soccer! It was so fun! 

Sadly enough none of my pictures worked of them playing! Unlike all of you -my camera is just an old fashioned one! Anyway, I did get this great photo of Jackie. She was so excited to FINALLY be able to ride with us in the car! She finally advanced to a booster seat that is easily transported from car to car! She was SO EXCITED! It was so cute, she grinned the whole time while she was with us. Way to go big girl Jackie! We love you!

The New Pizza Villa!

Well I am FINALLY finished with my 4 week long project of redoing pizza villa! I must say I have put in a few long days and nights! Several 15 hour days! I have done everything from removing wallpaper to retexturing the walls, painting the walls, glazing the walls and finally putting up the brick! Plus decorating! The only thing left is making the curtains! I must say I have really enjoyed the challenge. I have learned a lot of new things, like texturing, glazing and bricking! I am pooped! But it has been fun! Thank goodness Nancy trusts me to do what I have never done before! Thanks friend! It has been fun hearing people as they come in and see the change. The best was today, a couple of high school boys came and and said "looks like they redecorated, they must have heard all the people talking!" We didn't realize everyone thought it was so bad!  Can't wait for you all to get a chance to see it! I am quite proud! Hope that is not bad! I don't mean it to be! Now i'm going to bed for about a week!

Notice the little kitty on top of the swing set, this is how SHE spends her day!  Trying to stay away from the two MALE cats after her! I think something is going on around here! Free kittens any one?

Aunt Linda had fun getting Chloe to laugh! She loved Linda's dog Jack and had to sit on his blanket to play. She is so CUTE!  Thanks Linda for coming!

Fun with the Johnson's

I just spent this past week with the Johnsons in Montana. I had a great time! The kids are always so fun to be with and Hannah and Aaron are so good to me, although they keep me up too late! We just hung out and pretty much stayed home, which I loved so much because I have been too busy lately,  I needed the break!  Chloe is growing so much, she is so cute!  I went on a bus trip with Corey for pre-school that was fun.  Maddie and I had a date night and we watched High School Musical 2,  it was fun to have time with my Maddie! Hannah, Kara and I even scrapbooked! It was fun to see my sister and her family too! My other sister, Linda , and her husband Cary, also came up! They are so NICE! It was fun to get together with them also. I NEVER  get tired of family! Maddie had a piece of artwork from a school sale that I was able to buy! Thanks Maddie! I love it! I love going to families homes! Thanks Grandpa for letting me go and for coming and picking me up! It's fun how Chloe just takes right to Grandpa every time! They all love him too! He is a fun Grandpa, and he sure loves each of you!
